Clubs

After School Clubs

Unless specified separately all clubs will run from 3:15pm to 4:15pm. All clubs have a limit of 15 children unless otherwise stated. Also listed below are the names of those providers who are running the extra-curricular club along with other details.

As a school we have made a commitment to provide free after school clubs for all children (this does not include our TreeTops wrap around care - information for which can be found here)

Monday– Multi Sports with EdStart - 3:15pm - 4:15pm
Multi-sports offers children the opportunity to explore a variety of athletic activities, developing a broad range of skills in a fun, inclusive environment. This approach encourages teamwork, confidence, and physical fitness as students engage in multiple sports tailored to their interests and abilities.
Open to Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and 2
Monday– Nature Club with Growing Outdoors - 3:15pm - 4:15pm
Nature Club invites children to connect with the outdoors, sparking curiosity about the natural world through hands-on activities and exploration. This club fosters environmental awareness, creativity, and a sense of responsibility for our planet.
Open to Years 2 & 3
Tuesday – Mini-Movers with EdStart – 3:15pm - 4:15pm
Fundamentals Club focuses on developing core physical skills, such as balance, coordination, and agility, through engaging activities and play. It's designed to build a strong foundation for physical fitness and boost confidence in movement from an early age.
Open to Nursery, Reception, Years 1 and Year 2
Tuesday - Football  with Mr Booth- 3:15pm - 4:15
Football Club provides children with the chance to develop their skills on the pitch, focusing on teamwork, technique, and strategy. It’s an energetic environment where players of all levels can grow their confidence and love for the game.
Open to Years 5 & 6
Thursday - Brass with Music and Performing Arts Salford - 3:15pm - 4:15
An opportunity to learn a new instrument which can either be from scratch or as a continuation to their learning in school.

Friday - Girls Football with Coach Isy - 3:15pm - 4:15pm

MVPA's Girls' Football Club is open to years 2-6 and welcomes all abilities, from beginners to experienced players. The sessions focus on dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork, and match play, helping girls build their confidence and love for the sport.

Our aim is to inspire more girls to get involved in football, promoting teamwork, fitness, and fair play while having lots of fun!
